hello sir i want to ask something on behalf of my family member sir my nana ji was railway supretendent in lko and retired in 1982 bec he was not well and than from 82 to 2003 he get pension and in 2003 he expired and from 2003 to 2013 my mother in law my nani gets his pension till august 2013 and september she expired and my mausi depend on them and is it possible that she get pension and base is she married but husband death from 9 years je not return back so legally he dead and now my mausi co dition so critical even she had two childs but no money to gave proper care and one more issue anukampa also apply by them. any help i this way and from 2013to 18or any process toget arear to daughter

My husband retired as DySS from Tumsar Road RS in 1986 and expired in 1993.
I am in receipt of Family Pension from SBI branch in Puttaparthi, AP. However my family pension has not been revisedvide 2015 Supreme Court guidelines from 2006 and also vide VII cpc (revised concordance tables) from 2016. I am also not in receipt of additional pension on reaching 80 years of age. I shall be 85 years old by Jan 2019.
I have submitted necessary particulars/ aadhar copy to Personnel Dept of SECR, Nagpur in May 2018. But there is no response/ progress in the matter.
Kindly advise whether I should submit any formal application (Railway circulars mention that application is not necessary though), format, enclousers and to whom should I forward.
A line of advice will be highly appreciated.
