- SSE/SE[s] in PB-2 grade Pay Rs.4600 supervising the work of staff working on the shop floor will get monthly payment of incentive bonus calculated at the rate of 15% of their basic pay from 1.6.09.
- Incentive payment should be decided on the basis of the post / designation held by the employee even if he gets higher GP under MACP.
- The revision of hourly rates of incentive bonus and bonus factor of workshops and PUs is linked with 5% improvement in productivity (on prospective basis from 1.12.09) in the workshops/PUs without additional payment.
- Workshops / PUs may reduce the normalized time for individual activity in such a manner that the overall allowed time for that activity is reduced by 5%.
