- Group C staff of Personal Branch , Ministerial staff of Civil Engineering, Mecahanical Engineering, Elecrical Engineering, Signal & Telecommunications, Transportation and Commercial Department, Medical, Railway Protection Force, Cash & Pay Dept, Computer Centre, Statistical Branch.
- Staff of Hindi Branch are not eligible.
