I am appointed as Tech-III through RRB on 2005 (C&W) at SC div and now Tech-I. I am Mutual transfered to workshop/SR on March2016. I am passed the LDCE for JE and not selected due to minimum 03 years service required in present working workshop. Is there any such rule in LDCE exam?
