Sir, My mother has resigned from northern railways. She joined railways on compensatory grounds in Jan 2006 and her resignation was accepted in Jan 2017. However no amount has been paid to her. I want to know if any amount is due to her on account of any settlement like PF, gratuity, pension? Nothing has been paid so far...please guide how to go ahead??
