I joined in railway on 2014 as a trackman with a qualification of +2 only. The I done a degree in distance . But I didnt bought NOC from railway for this. I was unware about that.
Now after completing the degree , if I need to enter my new qualification in Service Record, is there any way ?
Pls suggest me.
