I joined Indian Railway as JE in TRD department at Jaipur Division and worked as apprentice during dec 16 to dec 18 . Before joining railway i applied for a gazzeted group B post at mg home state. During working in Railway Result announced and selected for interview. I got NOC from my dept for attending interview mentioning if i got selected i can join new dept but i have to serve remaining bond period in new dept . I got selected and i gave application for resignation and joined new dept. Now after 7 month railway sent me notice to deposit all striepend i got plus interest. I was apprentice during my working in railway. Please advice me
