Sir - My Dad expired on 09-20-2012.

I have a few questions;

1. He retired at DEE/TRD/Aligarh, what is his DRM office? What is their phone number?
2. How do we stop his Pension?
3. Will my Mom be entitled to any Death Gratuity, if yes, how much and how can we claim it?
4. How do I get the family pension for my Mom?

Appreciate if you could please respond to my queries at my email address: [email protected]

Thanks a lot

Sir,

My father was OS Gr II, he expired 3 years back and at that time he was removed from service for un authorised absence after i went to CAT (after 3 years) CAT said my father's punishment should be quashed and consider as my father expired while still in service.

My question is he was having debt of 2 Lakhs in bank as loan.

now after 3 years i think they will deducting all the interest also.

 Will the railway give interest for  all the retirement benefits of  these 3 years.

Hello,

Thank you so much for registering me and allowing me to post my comments and I appreciate admin's effort, THIS IS A GREAT WEBSITE!

Sadly, my father was working for Northern Railway and he got expired (Natural detah at home) in June 2015. & years were left in his retirement. I have some questions... How the death maturity is calculated when 7 years were left on service, how the pension will be calculated and how long does it take to start the pension and how much would be the lump-sum amount of pension? there are only three things which gets paid after death of a Railway Employee, is it correct (PF, Leave balance and Maturity)? Are there other types of benefits family can get? Would I get a letter or statement from railway when they pay all these amount, if not, how can I get the same? Thank you so much in advance...please take time and answer these questions, would be great help!!

Thanks!
