Vacancies in Group 'B' are filled by promotion on the basis of selection of eligible Group C employees by General Manager. Selection Board consists of 4 HoDs including CPO and HoD of the department concerned. 70% vacancies are filled through a process of selection primarily based on seniority and 30% through a selection test known as Limited Departmental Competitive Examination(LDCE).
