I'm prasanta dey, JE/DLCF/Dankuni/E.Rly.Sir it was a paid holiday on 23rd Jan'14 and 4th Fab'14 was also holiday against which two Saturday have to work full day instead of halfday. But both the cases I was involved in Out station work and could not avail any holiday of the factory. Sir can i get any Casual Rest against any one of the holiday.
DLCF is a workshop under Factory Act.
